Adapter for Canon FD lens to Canon EOS

This simple adapter allows the use of Canon manual focus lenses (FD mount) on your Canon EOS camera.  As the distance between the image plane and lens are different on both mounts.  The devise incorporates a correction lens allowing you to focus to infinity without problems.  The adapter increases the focal length as a tele converter to 1.25x.  Made in Japan from good quality materials giving an excellent finish. 

It is an accessory that adapts the mounts from the mechanical and optical point of view.  Any automaic feature that requires an electronic connection between the lens and the body is not possible.  There are still many good quality Canon manual lenses that deserve to be used with Canon EOS cameras.
