URTH Adapter for Tamron Adaptall-2 lens to Canon EOS

This adapter allows the use of Tamron Adaptall-2 system lenses on Canon EOS mount Reflex cameras

The Tamron Adaptall-2 system appeared on the market in 1979, as an evolution of the previous Adaptall system.  It allows useage of the excellent range of Tamron lenses on any Reflex camera by just changing the appropriate adapter ring.

These lenses are extraordinary and in these hard financial times are a very economical alternative for DSLR cameras.  In particular the SP range that offers 22 lenses and 3 converters, that were being manufactured until the end of the 90s.  My recommendation for digital cameras is in the form of macro photography and telescoping where the autofocus is not as efficient.  In particular the Tamron Tele-Macro Super Portrait 90mm F/2.5 and the Tele-Macro Reflector 500mm are both good quality lenses at affordable prices, and are still very useful today.
