This simple adapter allows the use of Leica M39 thread lenses on your Sony Alpha NEX E mount camera.

 

Sony Alpha NEX-3. NEX-5, NEX-C3, NEX-5N and NEX-7

 

It is an accessory that adapts the mount from a mechanical point of view.  Any automatic feature that requires an electronic connection between the lens and body is not possible.

 

Warning:  Before you mount the lens on the camera check that it does not protrude through the bottom of the adapter as the angular ends could collide with the sensor and damage it.

 

IMPORTANT:

Configure your camera to use the adapter

(menu)->(adjust)->(release without lens)-> enable

use mode A or M only
